I have always understood the importance of nutrition and the quality of the ingredients we eat. My children’s health issues resolved within a week of consulting a nutritionist and changing their diet. I became very interested in nutrition and the whole 'you are what you eat' philosphy. The more I learnt the more questions I had.
Seeing the benefits in my own life as well as my family's gave me the conviction to take the foundational science course at Westminster University. I followed this with completing a three-year Nutrition Diploma at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London. I am a fully qualified Nutritionist (Dip ION, Distinction) trained in the
Functional Medicine Model, to track symptoms back to their root cause and identify which system is out of balance.
This also led to my interest and training in breathwork. This means I can assess my clients breathing patterns and teach them to regulate their breathing so every system in the body can function super well.
